Velveeta Cheese Dip

This Velveeta Cheese Dip is an oldie but goodie recipe that I have been making for years. With just three ingredients you can have a delicious cheese dip and will be a hit at any party or family gathering. I used chorizo sausage however I have used breakfast sausage and also ground beef and they all work great in this dip.

Velveeta Cheese Dip

Ingredients 2 pounds of Velveeta Cheese 1 pound of sausage (breakfast sausage or chorizo, or ground beef) 2 10oz cans of diced tomatoes and green chilies

Instructions Cook sausage until done. Cut velveeta cheese into large chunks. Place all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on high for 2 hours. Stir and enjoy!
