Strawberry Chia Seed Jam

Chia Seeds are gaining in popularity and for good reason. These little seeds contain a powerful punch of nutrition. One ounce contains 11 grams of fiber, 4 grams of protein, omega 3s, and are loaded with antioxidants. This delicious Strawberry Chia Jam is low in sugar, simple, and so good on toast, biscuits, pancakes, and so much more. I hope you give this recipe a try and leave me a comment to let me know what you think. This jam can also be made by using blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and even cherries which offer another variety.
