My favorite, quick and easy, weeknight dinners are made in one skillet. I love to use whatever vegetables and meat I have on hand to create a delicious meal my family will enjoy. One skillet and one pan meals are extremely versatile which is wonderful for those busy evenings when you don't have much time to spend in the kitchen. And this Kielbasa Skillet Dinner is definitely one of those kind of meals!
