If you have meat lovers in your life, you HAVE to try these garlic butter steak bites. They're amazing simply eaten out of the pan, or serve them over mashed potatoes, or a creamy risotto. These seared steak bites are cubes of steak cooked to perfection in a garlic butter sauce.
Garlic Butter Steak Bites
Ingredients
2 1/2 pounds of your favorite steak
5 Tbsp salted butter
4 garlic cloves minced
1 to 2 Tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
chopped parsley to garnish (optional)
Instructions
Cut the steak into bite size pieces. Season with salt and pepper (about 2 tsp of each) and stir to coat all the beef. Add oil to a large hot skillet and then add steak bites leaving space between the pieces. Cook a couple of minutes on each side, then remove and place in separate bowl. Cooking the steak in batches. Once all the steak is done, add the butter and garlic to the same skillet. Cook for about one minute then return the steak back into the skillet. Stir to coat all the steak in the garlic butter and cook until the desired doneness. Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired.
