This easy, homemade Mango Salsa is perfect for fish tacos, chicken, and of course, dipping with chips! Fresh Mango Salsa is packed with delicious produce like tomatoes, red onion, bell pepper, jalapeno pepper, and juicy mangos.
Fresh Mango Salsa
Ingredients
1 large mango
4 to 5 roma tomatoes, diced
1/2 red onion, chopped
1/2 cup green bell pepper (you can also use jalapeno pepper)
2 to 3 Tbsp finely chopped cilantro
1 lime juiced
1 Tbsp agave nectar
couple pinches of salt or about 1/2 tsp
Instructions
Chop all the produce as finely as you can then add lime juice, agave nectar, and salt. Stir to mix well. Serve with chips or on tacos.
