French Onion Chicken

If you love French Onion Soup than you will go crazy for this French Onion Chicken. And what makes it even better is that you use a slow cooker for this delicious meal. Tender chicken in a onion sauce and covered with swiss cheese gives a unique twist on classic soup. You can serve it with mashed potatoes, noodles, or rice, but if you want an even lower carb option try cauliflower rice.
Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 packet of onion soup mix small onion
1 can of Campbells French Onion Soup
4 slices of swiss cheese
Instructions
Season each chicken breast with salt and pepper and place in bottom of slow cooker. Cut onion into slices and arrange over chicken. Add onion soup mix and French Onion Soup to chicken. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours or high 4 to 6 hours. Place cheese slices on top of each piece of chicken in the last 30 minutes of cooking.
