A great Thanksgiving side dish!
Crispy, buttery, sweet and savory, this corn casserole has it all and is a perfect side dish for any occasion. This casserole is super easy and will definitely be a family favorite! And I love it because it goes with almost anything from Mexican dishes, and chili, and of course all the big holiday dinners.
Corn Casserole Ingredients
1 box of Jiffy Cornbread mix (8.5 oz.)
1 can of whole corn
1 can of cream style corn
1/2 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1/3 cup sugar (original recipe uses 1/2 cup sugar)
1 stick of butter melted
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir until mixed through. Pour into a greased 9 x 9 baking dish. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes until golden brown and firm in the middle.
