Classic Key Lime Pie
Key Lime Pie
2 (14 oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 cup key lime juice
3 egg yolks
Graham Cracker Crust
1 1/2 to 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp sugar
6 Tbsp melted butter
Instructions Crust: Combine ingredients in a bowl or food processor until crumb has texture of wet sand. Press firmly into a deep dish pie plate. Bake into a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Pie
Filling: In a large bowl combine egg yolks, condensed milk, and sour cream, and blend until smooth. Stir in key lime juice until completely incorporated. Pour into pie crust and bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Cool completely before slicing.
