Chipped Beef Cheeseball

This is the time of year when it's always good to have a cheeseball ready to take somewhere, and this one is a good one. Something about chipped beef, cream cheese, and onion that are so delicious together. I like to add chopped pecans to my cheeseball but you don't have to if you don't want to.

Chipped Beef Cheeseball

2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup green onion, sliced

1 tsp worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp seasoned salt

2.25 oz. package of dried beef

1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions In a mixing bowl combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onion, seasoning, worcestershire sauce, and half of dried beef, that has beef chopped finely. Mix until everything is well combined. Form into a ball and roll in other half of dried beef and chopped pecans. Keep in refrigerator.
