Chicken Parmesan Meatloaf

This is a delicious combination of Chicken Parmesan and Meatloaf! The two go perfectly together to offer an amazing twist that will satisfy your taste buds. The meatloaf is moist and flavorful and topped with marinara and cheese. Serve with a side of spaghetti and more marinara for an outstanding meal your whole family will love.

Chicken Parmesan Meatloaf


1 pound ground chicken

1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup plain bread crumbs

1 egg

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 tsp dried basil

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp minced onion pinch of salt and pepper

For topping favorite marinara sauce sliced or shredded mozzarella or sliced provolone


Mix all the meatloaf ingredients together in a large bowl. Form meat mixture into the shape of a loaf on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Spread about one cup of marinara sauce over the top of meatloaf. Bake for 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Remove from oven and top with cheese. Then place back into oven to bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese is melted. Serve on the side of spaghetti and marinara sauce.
