Brunswick Stew
Ingredients
2 cups pulled pork barbecue
2 cups shredded chicken
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 stick butter
1 (15 oz.) can of lima beans
1 cup corn
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 cups chicken broth
1 (15 oz.) can fire roasted diced tomatoes
1 (28 oz.) can of crushed tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Melt butter in a soup pot and add celery, pepper, onion, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender. Then add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 30 to 45 minutes.
