Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad
Ingredients
6 cups of chopped broccoli and cauliflower
1/2 cup of raisins or dried cranberries
3 slices of bacon crumbled
1/2 cup of chopped pecans (can also use sliced almonds, pumpkin seeds, or sunflower seeds)
4 green onions sliced
1 cup of mayonnaise
3 tbsp of red wine vinegar (can also use apple cider vinegar)
1/4 cup of honey (can also use white sugar)
Instructions
1. Chop broccoli and cauliflower to equal 6 cups.
2. Add raisins, pecans, sliced green onion, and bacon.
3 Mix together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, and honey until well incorporated.
4. Pour dressing over salad mixture and mix well until everything is well coated with dressing. Eat and Enjoy!
