This delicious Breakfast Pizza recipe is an easy way to feed a crowd! You can't beat pizza crust topped with hearty sausage gravy, eggs, cheese, and bacon. Slice and serve makes for a wonderful hand held breakfast and enough fuel for the day.
1 tube of canned pizza dough (you can also use crescent rolls just make sure you press seams together)
sausage gravy, around 2 cups (homemade, 1 can of Libby's sausage gravy, or 1 packet of Pioneer gravy mix)
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
Scrambled eggs 8 eggs 1/4 cup milk pinch of salt and pepper 1 tbsp butter
Instructions for pizza
Roll out dough onto a large sheet tray. Pierce entire surface of dough using a fork. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes until crust is golden. Spread gravy over crust. Evenly spread scrambled eggs over gravy. Top with cheese and crumbled bacon.
