Beef and Broccoli Lo Mein

This beef and broccoli lo mein is a simple and delicious one pan meal! It can easily be made gluten free if needed. The beef is tender and full of flavor, and tossed with the pasta of your choice.
Beef and Broccoli Lo Mein
Ingredients
1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp hoisin sauce
2 Tbsp corn starch
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 cups beef broth
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp fresh ginger, grated
2 cups broccoli, chopped
squirt of siracha (optional)
1/2 pound of pasta
Instructions
In a large skillet cook steak in oil, add garlic and ginger. To a small bowl combine beef broth, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, corn starch, and brown sugar. Mix until corn starch is dissolved. Pour sauce in skillet with beef. Add broccoli. Cover and cook until broccoli is tender. Cook the pasta of your choice and then add to beef and broccoli mixture. Tossing the pasta to coat completely with the sauce.
