Baked Oatmeal




This Baked Oatmeal is so easy and I love how versatile it is, with the different toppings or additions inside the oatmeal. It can also be cut into squares and individually wrapped for Oatmeal on the Go! I hope you give this delicious oatmeal a try and let me know what you think.


Baked Oatmeal


Ingredients

4 cups of oats

3 tsp of baking powder

1 tsp of salt

3 cups of milk

2/3 cup of applesauce

1 cup of sugar (I use 1/2 cup of sugar)

2 eggs

1 tbsp of chia seeds


Instructions

Mix all the dry ingredients together, then add milk, eggs, and applesauce. Stir until everything is well combined and pour into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until oatmeal is firm in center. Other variations: You can add nuts, raisins, dried cranberries to the oatmeal batter if you desire. Enjoy!
