How can you go wrong with bacon cheeseburger and tater tots? This Bacon Cheeseburger Tater Tot Casserole is the perfect meal that the whole family will love. It's cheesy with bacon, ground beef, and of course those delicious little tater tots.
Bacon Cheeseburger Tater Tot Casserole
Ingredients
2 pound bag of frozen tater tots
1 pound ground beef
4 slices of crumbled bacon
1 can of Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
16 oz. sour cream
1/2 tsp dried mustard
pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
Fry bacon until crisp and then remove from skillet and discard excess grease. Add ground beef to skillet and cook until browned. In a large bowl mix together browned beef, bacon, and the rest of the ingredients. Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish and spread out evenly. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown on top.
