These biscuits are super easy and oh so delicious! They are light and fluffy with a buttery bottom.
7 Up Biscuits
4 cups Bisquick
1 cup sour cream
1 cup 7 up
1/2 cup butter
Instructions
In a large bowl mix together Bisquick, sour cream, and 7 up until a dough forms. Dough will be sticky. Sprinkle some Bisquick mix down onto counter and dump dough and then sprinkle more Bisquick mix over dough. Knead and fold until coated with the baking mix. Pat dough out and cut biscuits using a round biscuit cutter. Melt butter in bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish and place biscuits on top of the melted butter. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
