Pecan Pie

This classic Pecan Pie is delicious all year round but definitely a favorite at Thanksgiving. You can't beat a flaky crust, gooey filling, and crunchy pecans. It's easier than you think to make the perfect pecan pie.

Pecan Pie


3/4 cup brown sugar

3/4 cup corn syrup

3 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

3 tbsp melted butter

1 1/2 cup pecans

pinch of salt

1 pie crust


Place pecans in an unbaked pie shell. In a mixing bowl beat eggs until pale yellow in color and slightly foamy. Add the rest of the ingredients and continue mixing until sugar and syrup is dissolved in the egg. Pour mixture over pecans. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Cool completely before slicing. Store in the refrigerator.
