How to make Banana Pudding

Banana Pudding

Ok, so this Banana Pudding is seriously the Best Ever! If you are a Banana Pudding fan you must try this recipe. Some variations is to use a butterscotch pudding, and you can even change the cookie to Graham Crackers or even Nutter Butter to give a peanut butter twist. I hope you try this and let me know what you think

Ingredients

1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk

1 1/2 cups of ice cold water

1 3.4 oz. box of instant vanilla pudding mix

3 cups of heavy cream

1 12 oz. box vanilla wafers

3 large bananas sliced

In a medium bowl whisk together sweetened condensed milk and water until blended. Add pudding mix and continue to whisk until fully incorporated. Cover and place in refrigerator to set.

Once pudding is set, whip heavy cream in a large bowl with an electric mixer until still peaks form. This will take a few minutes so be patient. Fold pudding into the whipped cream until completely blended. Cover and place in refrigerator for at least an hour to set.

In a serving bowl, begin layering vanilla wafers, bananas, then pudding. Repeat layers 3 times, or as many times to fill your bowl, making sure you have a pudding mixture on top.

Garnish with crumbled wafers, cover and chill in refrigerator for at least 4 hours but best overnight.

Eat and Enjoy!
