This Loaded Chicken Bacon Ranch One Pan Dinner is outstanding! Seasoned with ranch and topped with cheese makes this meal one your family will want you to make often. I love simple one pan or skillet meals and this one is definitely a favorite of mine. Another reason I love the one pan meals is because of versatility. You can use a wide variety of meat and vegetables season and bake. Super easy and very little clean up.
Loaded Chicken Bacon Ranch One Pan Dinner

6 boneless skinless chicken thighs (chicken breasts or tenderloins can also be used)
2 to 4 slices of bacon
1/2 onion
1 pound of baby potatoes
1 head of broccoli
2 to 3 tbsp olive oil
1 packet of dry ranch seasoning
2 cups of shredded cheddar jack cheese blend
Instructions
Cut up vegetables and toss with olive oil and half ranch seasoning. Cut up chicken and bacon and stir in olive oil and the other half of the ranch seasoning. Cover a large baking tray with aluminum foil and grease with a non-stick spray. Spread the meat and vegetables out on the tray and bake in a 400 degree oven for 40 minutes. Remove tray and sprinkle with cheese over everything. Place back into oven for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the potatoes are tender.
